If after your order is fullfilled you want your information deleted from our private database, just tell us and we will immediately remove all of your personal information.
Any copies of documents that you email or fax to us are stored on a secure local (not cloud) server with access limited to translators and coordinators. We keep your document on file in case you require another copy in the future. If you want us to destroy it when your translation is complete, please tell us and we will do so.

Collection of Personal Information
If you place an order, you must provide us with certain information so that we may process your order. This information includes but is not limited to: your email address, your name, and the information you want translated. If you do not provide the information, we will be unable to process and fulfill the order. In addition, we also receive your email address and telephone number to contact you if there is a problem with an order and to provide assistance if there should be any problems with your order. All payments are processed by PayPal©. Because of this you may choose your payment method, and no matter how you pay, our company never receives any information about your credit card or bank account. This is our guarantee that you will never be subjected to credit card fraud by anyone in our company.

USCTS will not disclose any of your personal information to any other company or person. Period! We will use it only to contact you in regards to your order or requests for information. We do not send newsletters or any other type of email after your order is complete. We will never send unwanted email.

USCTS is in complete compliance with the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This regulation on personal information substantially protects the privacy rights of citizens of the countries of the European Union. USCTS therefore provides the following information to you if you are such a person.
The offices of USCTS are located in the State of Florida, United States of America. Any information that you provide to us will be transferred out of the EU to the United States. If you do not wish your personal information to leave the EU, do not provide the information over the Internet.
Any personal information provided to us by a citizen of the EU will be used by us as described above for any other person.
